A customised bureau – the Seychelles Investment Bureau (SIB) was established in July 2004, with the mission being specifically that to attract and incentives foreign direct investment in Seychelles. SIB was later revamped to spawn SIBA (the Seychelles Business Investement Authority) which sought to create a legal regime to assist investors establish and further develop their business interests through Seychelles-registered entities, blending fiscal efficiency, generous incentives to a robust and reputable regulatory framework.
